Notifications

JARAI notifies you when something needs your attention — most importantly when a production is ready for your review and approval. This page explains what triggers a notification and how to tune what you receive.

  1. When a production is ready, you’re notified (in-app and, where enabled, by email/push).
  2. Open the notification to jump straight to the production awaiting your decision.
  3. Review the assets and Approve or Reject.
  4. Set your notification preferences in account settings so you only get what’s useful.

What you get notified about

  • A production is awaiting your approval — the most important one; nothing publishes without your decision.
  • Status changes on productions you follow (e.g. published, or a problem that needs attention).
  • Account & billing notices (e.g. a subscription or payment event).

Channels

Depending on what’s enabled for your account, notifications can reach you:

  • In the Client Portal — a notification indicator and list.
  • By email — to the address on your profile.
  • Push — if you’ve installed the portal as an app and allowed notifications on your device.

Setting preferences

Manage which notifications you receive, and on which channels, in Account settings. If you’re missing notifications, check there first, then confirm your email address is correct and that device notifications are allowed.
